​I offer a combination of Coaching and Counselling, both face-to-face and online.​

My background in Nursing and Chronic Conditions management opens me to work with people experiencing complex physical health changes as well as people who are experiencing stress, anxiety and depression. I use a person centred, strength based, outcome focused approach.

My aim is to provide a compassionate safe space for you to be able to access the confidence you need to be able to speak your story, feel heard and orientate towards the future you want to live.
